Terms of Service — MesaMerch
Last updated: 6 June 2026
Welcome to MesaMerch. By using the app you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language so you can actually understand them.
What MesaMerch is
MesaMerch is a free tool that helps bands record and track their merchandise sales during shows, shared among the band's members.
The service is run by MesaMerch — Andrea "Fat" Grasso. Contact: privacymesamerch@gmail.com
How to use it
- To use the app you log in with your email (you receive a temporary code, no password).
- You can create a band or join an existing one with an invite code.
- Within a band you can record products, sales, bundles, and shows, according to your role (member or administrator).
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- use the app lawfully and only for its intended purpose;
- not enter illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- not attempt to access data of bands you do not belong to, or to disrupt the service.
We may suspend access for anyone who uses the app abusively or against these terms.
Your content and data
The data you enter (products, sales, names, notes) remains yours and your band's. For how we handle personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is"
MesaMerch is offered for free and "as is". We do our best to keep it running and reliable, but:
- we do not guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted;
- we are not liable for any data loss, lost earnings, or damages arising from the use (or inability to use) the app;
- we recommend you do not rely on the app as your only accounting record for tax or legal obligations: it is a support tool, not a certified point-of-sale system.
Changing or stopping the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, even without notice. We will give reasonable notice where possible for significant changes.
Possible future costs
MesaMerch is currently free. If we introduce paid features or plans in the future, we will tell you clearly and in advance: no charge will happen without your consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the competent court at the operator's place of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will give notice through the app. By continuing to use MesaMerch after an update, you accept the new terms.
